The building hours of operation for heating and air conditioning are stated in your lease.
Building thermostats are calibrated and set for the proper temperature when a tenant moves in. In the event your area needs to be adjusted, please feel free to enter a service request in Portal. If you need further assistance, contact the Management Office.
For tenants requesting air conditioning after normal operating hours, there is an hourly charge on a per tenant basis. Please enter your requirements into the Tenant Center or call the management office at 404.592.6022. Please note that requests for extra hours of HVAC must be received by the management office by 2:00 p.m. the prior working day.
